Kakuli Nag has 18 years experience in Sales, Training and Consulting. She was associated with Mphasis BPO arm for 11 years in multiple capacities – Process Quality, Operations, High value Bid Management, Global Sales Support, Training & Learning, leveraged Auditor and Transition.

She was instrumental in major wins across Brokerage, Retail, Banking, Mortgage and F&A. She handled dual site transitions, training centre set up, business that include multiple languages hiring, aggressive timelines, ranging from 100 to 300 seats implementation – both voice and non voice, catering to clients in the Telecom and Banking verticals.

Her initiatives included building repository for Transition, Solution Framework, a Learning measurement model, Competitive Intelligence for critical pursuits and facilitating leadership trainings to managers across functions.

Prior to Mphasis, she worked for leading partner of Xerox as Account Manager responsible for generating business in defined logos. She handled overseas market in Rishi Export Limited, import in Simplex Engineering and lead customer service teams in First Flight, Skypak with focus on major accounts.
